Believed to be an ‘Operation Bernhard’ wartime forgery, this piece is dated 7th June 1937.
Lot 283 - Great War Military Medal Group. Estimate £400 - £600
Included in this medal group is an 1914-15 Star, Military Medal 1914-18, Victory Medal, named to '15219 Pte. G. W. Hutchinson. S. Lan. R'. Confirmation of the Military Medal is listed in the London Gazette Supplement on the 14th November 1916.
