Joe Calzaghe Teams Up With Help For Heroes And Band of the Coldstream Guards

WORLD boxing champion Joe Calzaghe has pledged all profits from a star-studded testimonial dinner in honour of his fighting career to Britain’s gallant war heroes and the charity which provides for them, Help for Heroes.

The gala dinner and Joe’s partnership with Help for Heroes was launched at Wellington Barracks, London SW1, home to some of Britain’s most famous regiments, with the world famous Band of the Coldstream Guards in attendance as they launch their own new record, Heroes.

The testimonial dinner will be held at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel on 22 March 2010 and will pay tribute to our nation’s fighting heroes. It will feature appearances by a host of sporting legends and stars from the world of entertainment who will put on a show to remember.
