The recent spell of warmer weather has allowed the museum members at Newark Air Museum to continue working on a number of restoration projects. Outside work has progressed well on the repaint of Canberra T.19 WH904, where work is now well in hand on the underside of the wings. Spruce up work has also been carried out on ex French Air Force, Mystere No.83.

In Hangar 1 work is finally complete on Monospar VH-UTH, which has now been fully rigged and the final detailed work has just been completed in the cockpit/cabin with re-upholstery work completed on the seats and some fresh curtains have been made and hung.

Newark Air Museum is open 361 days a year everyday, only closing on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.
