New Limited Edition of Poetry by Great British war poet commemorated in deluxe publication with illustrations from Neil Bousfield and introduced by Owen Sheers.
The Folio Society commemorates the centenary of Wilfred Owen’s death on 4 November with a limited edition publication featuring 42 of his poems.
Celebrated as one of Britain’s greatest poets, this special production includes commissioned illustrations by Neil Bousfield and is introduced by poet and playwright Owen Sheers.
The publication costs £195 and is limited to 1,250 numbered copies. Introduced by Owen Sheers. Illustrated and signed by Neil Bousfield. Quarter-bound in goatskin by LEGO, Vicenza, with paste-paper sides by Victoria Hall. Printed on Zerkall mould-made smooth paper with Marcate Nettuno endpapers and a coloured top edge. Set in Plantin at The Folio Society and printed letterpress by The Logan Press, Wellingborough. It runs to 108 pages and has nine original engravings and eight letterpress vignettes by Neil Bousfield. The paper-covered slipcase is blocked in gold on one side and inset with a printed label.
