Another New Vanguard book from Osprey, this one number 267 detailing French armour in Vietnam. It’s quite varied in scope, covering equipment and tactics, the evolution of French armour, various operations of a French armoured regiment and then the final battles before the French pulled out. As well as the technical details there are colour illustrations and a neat annotated cut away diagram. So, a brief, but well described and illustrated look at French armour and the role it played.
