Even today, it’s little known that there were British POWs held and made to work at Auschwitz. Arthur Dodd was one such British soldier, captured in 1942 and sent to the Polish death camp.

The original, and very short, book was published in 1998, but with this addition a further four sections have been added, giving other accounts, reports from Nuremberg, the British Government responses etc. It adds more background detail to what is a grim story of one man’s defiance against overwhelming evil.
